Cancelling or moving a booking

You can cancel or move a booking any time from My bookings. If a mechanic has to cancel, you'll never be charged and we'll try to find another mechanic for the same slot. If snow, ice or unsafe conditions stop the work, we'll move your booking at no charge.
If the vehicle can't be worked on when the mechanic arrives (for example it isn't there, or there's nowhere safe or permitted to work), the travelling fee may apply.
